I am so intensely self-critical and anxious. Geeeeze.

Today I was driving home

and there was a thunderstorm but no rain so the sky was all cool and lit up, and for a solid 5-10 minutes I thought “It is finally here, tonight I finally get superpowers”. Unfortunately there was no lightning strike, alien abduction, radioactive blast, mythological hammer falling from the sky, or anything of that sort. It would appear I am still a normal human being… for now.

I have this craving for success

that leaves me constantly feeling behind, like I am not doing good enough and nothing is ever good enough. All I want is more.
